The second day of a Legislative Budget and Audit Committee work session in Anchorage started with three presentations by consultants at Econ One Research Inc., the firm the Legislature hired to review the proposed natural gas pipeline contract.
After a lunch break, which the committee members are using to take care of committee business, the session will continue with a presentation by another consultant, Daniel Johnston.
After that comes the “round table” discussion that will allow the administration and the three oil companies that have negotiated the contract to respond to the consultants’ claims.
The expected line-up is as follows.
The three Econ One consultants:
Barry Pulliam Anthony Finizza Jeffrey Leitzinger
Three administration officials: Dan Dickinson, consultant Ken Griffith, Department of Natural Resources Bonnie Harris, Department of Law
And three industry representatives: Marianne Kah, ConocoPhillips Bill McCann, Exxon Mobil Dave Van Tuyl, BP
