House Finance makes the big bump

Rep. Mike Kelly just succeeded in bumping the main tax rate to 25 percent. The vote was 26 to 14. Voting against was Chenault, Coghill, Foster, Joule, Meyer, Nueman, Olson, Ramras, Samuels, Thomas and Wilson.
Roses and Fairclough originally voted against the higher rate but switched when it was clear the amendment would pass.
